The body, mind and soul work as a system of energy. We connect our body, mind and soul to keep energy flowing within us. This energy flow can be abundant or restricted, depending on our ‘state of being’ in each moment and it changes constantly.

Balance of body and mind is necessary to lead a peaceful life. The beauty of this ancient practice is to balance the body and mind which is necessary to lead a peaceful life, for connecting to inner soul, healing and to unite body.

Today, in competitive era, people are placed under a lot of stress and different type of mental pressures, as a result; the body mind and soul are not in balance. People are driven by their demands set by others through work, friends, family and society. Many people do not have time to find peace into their natural and instinctive inner guidance system. As a result,large numbers of people are starting to suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, fear of the future, low confidence and are unhappy in their lives.

THE BODY

The physical body our outer shell and product of both mind and soul is designed to communicate its needs, dislikes, problems through sensory perception. Our actions are directed towards satisfying our desires that are highlighted through the sense of sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing.

Our body reflects our inner being, if our mind, body and soul are in balance then our body is in balance. The body is a complex machine designed by nature to serve the spirit /soul. Without the soul or connection to the vital life force, the body is useless. After death the body decays and cannot function. In today’s society people have lost track of just how important the soul/spirit is and how to utilize it to maximize our experience of life.

THE MIND

The mind can function at different levels, it is the thought mechanism that drives our physical body to experience, it works with the brain and the soul and as such determines how the body responds.

The mind governs our mental and emotional aspects. It is house of consciousness and Superconsciousand allows us to be aware of the world, and powers our ability to think.

So the mind has two choices: to block out sensation or to listen to it. If the mind is smart, it listens.

THE SOUL

The soul is the core of our being. We can never experience happiness without our spirit and our soul. Once the mind nourishes the soul then only, we are able to attain extreme peace and inner pleasure. The soul is able to establish a connection with the God of your Understanding and gain true happiness in life.

It is time that people started to recognise and connect with their inner guidance system.

The daily schedule may change from time to time accordingly.

  • Please bring – comfortable clothes, sandals, toiletries, light shawl for cool mornings and evenings, notebooks and pens.
  • However, can arrange these things upon arrival at an extra cost.
  • The daily schedule may change but inform in advance.
  • Optional Trip of one of seven wonders The TajMahal , the Capital City Delhi and Pick City Jaipur will be arranged after programme.
