The Yoga Sutras were compiled sometime between 500 BCE and 400 CE by the sage Patanjali , as per Patanjali yoga have eight components "and these are
1. Yamas (Ethical vows in the Yogic tradition and can be thought of as moral imperatives)
2. Niyama (virtuous habits)
3. Asana (Meditation posture that one can hold for a period of time, staying relaxed, steady, comfortable and motionless.
4. Pranayama (Made two Sanskrit words pr??a (, breath) and ?y?ma (restraining, extending, stretching).
5. Pratyahara (Combination of two Sanskrit words prati- the prefix "against" or "contra and ?h?ra "food, diet means not taking any input or any information from the sense organs)
6. Dharana (concentration, introspective focus and one-pointedness of mind)
7. Dhy?na (meditation which is the penultimate stage of yoga)
8. Sam?dhi (total self-collectedness)

Also, you will do the Havana a fire ritual in which offerings of food etc. are burnt in order to bring good luck on a special occasion.
